Group Sessions
Group sessions are fun, social and challenging.
Working in small group will still give the expertise of a personal trainer without the cost of personal training.
Group Personal Training sessions run throughout the week and different focuses:
- Squash Fit - Thursdays 6pm, Sundays 12pm (learn more)

- Cross Fit - Mondays and Fridays 6pm (learn more)
- Gym Fit - Wednesday 6pm, Fridays 5pm (learn more)
