Team Challenge - Boxing Day
Set distance and exercise combination to be completed as part of teams of either 2 or 3 people.
Teams will race against each other to complete distance and reps.
We will have the gym to ourselves so we won't have any problems with equipment.
Triathlon - Sunday
1pm meet, 1.30 start in the water.
