Maxine Difford
After just a few months of training Maxine is losing weight, inches and feeling much better about herself.
Despite a knee injury Maxine has been able to take part in wide range of exercise such as boxing, CV training, Kettlebell and TRX training.
Maxine has taken part in two Challenge Central Triathlons already this year. |

Aaron Gupta
Aaron is here to lose weight, build muscle and increase his fittest. He can swim, bike and run so we all know what is coming!
Since the start of 2010 Aaron has made massive progress with his fitness and strength.
Aaron has now completed the first 3 levels of fitness grading system. |

Gil Childs
Gil had been in and out of gyms for years but after the past 4 months of working with a personal trainer she has found a winning formula for success.
She has lost weight, increased her fitness and improved her core stability!
After losing two stone with us she is now getting involved with triathlons and other CC challenges.

Adam Marston
Adam has been training on and off with us for past year.
We are hoping to get him focused on some challenges this year to keep him training and achieving.
Adam is a keen on running, spinning and boxing. The time he has spent in the gym has increased his fitness, strength and confidence.

Rob St Leger
Rob is a keen squash player who has represented the county and takes part in squash competitions all around the country.
Rob comes to the Squash Conditioning sessions on a saturday morning to work on squash specific training such as agility, speed and strength.

Susan Ross
Susan manages to find time to fit her training in despite being spilt between London and Amsterdam.
She has now lost an amazing 18lbs in past 6 months through a combination of healthy eating and regular exercise.
Susan's training consists of running, functional movements, interval training and netball specific conditioning. |

Louis Drakes
Louis has just started the new squash conditioning sessions on a saturday morning. He is very focused and gives everything to his sessions.
Within weeks of training he has already noticed the difference that the conditioning makes to his game both mentally and physically.
Louis will become stronger, fitter, faster and more powerful. |

Fran Levy
Fran first came to us when she was training for the Stevenage - Paris Bike challenge in the summer 2009.
After completing the event she found the training so useful and enjoyable that she decided to keep it up. Fran's effort level is truly inspirational!

Ben Dower
Since joining amc-training in October 2009 Ben has increased both his strength and fitness through weight training and group sessions.
Ben completed his first marathon in April at just 18 years of age and has already got involved in all Challenge Central triathlons to date.

Ian Levy
In the few months that Ian has been training his body shape has changed dramatically.
He has lost weight, increased muscle mass and improved definition. He is fitter every session and puts absolutely 100% into every workout
With a set back of a knee operation in June 2010, Ian is now getting the training back in to regain former fitness and beyond. |

Gary Spindler
Gary's training focuses on increasing his squash performance and general fitness with special consideration to flexibility and core stability.
Gary enjoys a hard sessions, especially pushing his limits on the spin bike and interval treadmill sprints.

Hugh Adams
Hugh's goals were to maintain his level of health and fitness whilst trying new exercises and enjoying his time in the gym.
Hugh is keen for a tough workout and a regular at the social events! As well as squeezing in a couple of 10k runs this year!

Megan Dower
In year of training megan became fitter, slimmer and more active than she had ever been before.
Megan has got involved in a load of 10ks events and the 3 Peak Challenge in 2009.
Not only did she change physically but she became happier and more confident.

Duncan Butt
Duncan's determination and effort level is tedious. He refuses to give up or stop until he has achieved what he set out to do.
Duncan took part in the Dragon Boat race and the 3 Peak Challenge creating a massive impact on both with his energy and enthusiasm.
Duncan has been out of action since the start of year after a knee operation but he is road to recovery was confirmed when he took part in the burpeeathon in May 2010. |

Shannon Butt
Our youngest client, Shannon is following in her dad's footsteps of determination and effort level.
At only 16 she is already a gym enthusiast and participated in the boat racing and 3 peak challenge.

Jacky Jones
Jacky and her family have been training on and off with us for years.
Jacky balances a busy lifestyle with training sessions and also got involved in the 3 Peaks Challenge 2010.
She is now in the best shape we have ever known her with a combination of healthily eating and working consisting of boxing, biking and resistance training. |

Lisa Cheesman
Lisa is truly inspiration to all of us. She has lost stones of weight, braved the group sessions, taken part in CC triathlons and has now booked the into the 3 peak challenge 2010.
Lisa has changed her life. Not only does she look better but she is much happier, focused and healthier than ever before.
She gets involved in just about everything we challenge her with.

Jo Deal
Jo has been training with us for over a year now (we have tried to get a picture of her!)
Jo toned up and dramatically increased her fitness, we hope we can get her involved in some more challenges.
She is currently training for outdoor triathlon in September which will make her the first female client of amc-training to complete a triathlon. |

Malcolm Holmes
Malcolm started off training with us to compliment his running programme in preparation for the New York marathon in Nov 2009.
Malcolm completed the marathon in 3hrs 26mins in which he won the achievement of the year award
In 2010 Malcolm is leading the way with the Challenge Central 12 marathons in 12 months challenge. 12 Marathons in 12 Months!

Laura Green
Laura give everything a go... boxing, spinning, running, plus anything thing else we can tempt her with!
She has been with us for years and has got involved with group sessions, 10ks, 3 peaks challenges and social events.
She has mastered the swiss ball and now working on losing weight for the summer. |

Lee Dibley

Lee completely changed his lifestyle, body shape and attitude to training.
He had his heart broken this year when he had to cancel the Ironman France triathlon.
Lee was all set to show us that determination would get him through but a knee injury has forced him to wait. He will be back to full health, training and fitness in the future and he will become an Ironman in 2011. |

Doug Hall
Doug is our longest standing client of over 6 years!
Doug has changed shape, lost weight, increase strength, completed 2 duathlons and three London Marathons.
He has learnt how to play squash and is now attempting to learn how swim.
Doug has taken part is loads of events this year and plan even more for the end of the season. |

Rob Read
You can find Rob in the group sessions, pushing his limits to the max. He is happy as long as he is moving! Despite some on going injuries Rob continues to battle on.
In 2009 rob was a member of our dragon boat racing team and he is keen to take part in more events and challenges in 2010.
Rob is taking part in the 3 Peak Challenge 2010.

Chantel Dibley
Hardworking and determination are Chantel's key characteristics.
There isn't anything she hasn't mastered eventually.
Chantel completed the Stevenage Half Marathon in November 2009.

Lee Lawrence
Lee has been training with us since February 2009. Originally he came to improve his golf performance but after taking part in the first group 10k he got the bug and he is now a mad man.
In 2009 in completed the 3 peaks, the survival of the fittest, multiple 10ks and half marathons, a sprint triathlon and a duathlon as well as mile of burpees (in picture)
2010 holds new prospects as he now aims to complete the UK Ironman in Aug, the ultimate triathlon challenge.
Lee's change in lifestyle is inspirational to us all as he shows a normal man can become a ironman in 18 months!

Emma Tasou
Emma is hardcore fitness. She loves hours of exercises so it is only natural she is drawn to us!
Emma gets involved in personal and group training sessions as well as events such as 10k's, the 3 peaks challenge and she was the only girl in our survival of the fittest team last year.
This year she is going to run a half and maybe even a full marathon if we can twist her arm enough.

Paul Ingham
Paul has lost weight, increased his knowledge of fitness and most of all started to enjoy his sessions.
Paul has got involved in a number of 10k's and a CC triathlon which allowed him to complete stage 1 of the fitness grading system
Paul takes part in the GymFit group sessions on a friday as he continues to enhance his fitness.

Geoff Savage
Geoff's training involves a combination of general fitness training, squash related movements and core stability.
After a year of traveling Geoff is now back into training and the gym.

Marc Woolhead
Stevenage's number 1 squash player and also Hertfordshire Country Champion 2009. Marc's training is based around the mechanics of squash to aid the enhancement of his performance.
Marc performs most of his training with a weighted vest and using equipment such core balls, ladders, viper bands and resistance harnesses.

Bruce St Leger
Bruce is a first team player at Stevenage who uses personal training sessions to build and maintain his squash fitness.
His sessions mimic the requirements of a squash match and include drills to increase speed, reaction time, strength and core stability.
