This is an excel spreadsheet that allows you to record your diet calorie breakdown for each day. You will need to put your own personal targets in the headings which include daily calorie target and percentage breakdown of carbs, protein and fat targets. As a default the values are set to 2500 a calories a day targets, 25% protein, 60% carbs and 15% fat.
