The General Rules

 

>> Everybody starts at Stage 1, Level 1

 

>> In stages 1 and 2 - three out of the four distances in the level must be completed before the gym challenge can be attempted. In stage 3, all four distances in level must be completed before gym challenge can be attempted.

 

>> The 'gym challenge' must to be passed in a time limit in order to progress.

 

>> 2 'gym challenges' can be attempted in the same grading session, making it possible to complete 2 levels at once. 10 minute break in between allowed.

 

>> Exercises must be completed in proper form.
