2010 has started with a bang so here is the monthly news of what's been happening and what is coming up...
Great start to the year!
It has been an excellent start to 2010 with training, events, education and triathlon entries!
Grading System
The first grading session WILL take place on the 7th March. I will talk to you all about this individually

New Knowledge, Skills and Education
Many of you will be aware that I have been on a number of training courses already this year including:

You all stand to benefit from this along with new kettlebells, medicine ball and a new viper resistance band!

Assessment session this Saturday (13th) between 12-2 let me know if you want to be assessed so I can give you a time slot.

Knebworth 10k

Triathlon Training & Running Club
The Challenge Central running sessions will be now run every Tuesday from the 9th Jan at 7pm. More Details
Triathlon Training will also resume this Sunday at 1pm. More Details.
12 in 12
The challenge of completing 12 marathons in 12 months has began. Malciom, Mike and myself all completed the Gloucester Marathon in sub 4hrs.
Lee Dibley has joined the quest to become an Ironman by entering the France Ironman this June.
This could mean that by August of 2010 Challenge Central will have 3 Ironman (that's more than most Triathlon clubs!)
The new studio at active4less is now open which has good implications for our training, mainly that we won't aways have to train in a corridor (I know you like it really!!)
Plus access to new equipment such TRXs, Kettlebells and PowerBags The Active4less website is now up and running.
Next Social Event Our next will be on the evening of the 27th of Feb which is a Saturday at 2 dry in the old town with the plan to cross the road to Cinnabar.
2 dry at 7pm, Cinnabar at 8.30pm. Everyone welcome.
