Grading System
I have been working on a grading system which supplies a visual to our current levels of fitness.
The ideal of the scale is help increase motivation and structure to training.
It's not a competition and its not compulsory but please take a look and let me know you thoughts.
I propose to hold set times when gradings can be conducted like you would find in any martial arts progression system.

Shop
I have gone back to the original company who made the first amc-training shirts for new T Shirts,Tank tops, Ladies vests and Hoddies.
This means there is slight increase in price but the quality of the material and printing is worth the extra. I have demo's in all if you would like to see before you buy.

Next 10k
Unfortunately the Willow 10k is now sold out but I have managed to find another 10k in Woburn Park on the 29th of Nov. Lets Sign Up early this time to ensure we all get places. This is the last Challenge Central 10k of the year.
