Saturday Assessments
The assessment session is this Saturday! If you want to be measured please let me know.
11am - 1pm this time.
New Sessions
I am hoping to add a few sessions to my timetable to include activities such as
- Spinning
- Outdoor cycling
- Running
- Swimming
- Squash coaching
- Circuit Training
I am having difficultly incorporating these ideas into a service so I thought I would ask you...
Firstly, are these sessions of interest to you? Would you want to do this as a one of your sessions? (group or pt) Or as an extra sessions? - What would you consider a fair price?
Duathlon
Some of you have noticed the Duathlon on the Challenge Central website, I have forwarded some of you the link already but for anyone who I have missed....
http://www.conceptsport.co.uk/events.php?pid=1116
let me know if you are interested, there is a mention on the website about entering as team in a relay.
Ok, I am sure you are bored of me my now...
See you in the gym
Motivation for the day - "don't wish it was easier, wish you were tougher!"
