Membership
Managing your lifestyle long term is what amc-training is all about.
Monthly commitment allow my clients to save on the cost of training by sharing occassional sessions with other clients with similar goals.
There are a range of monthly commitment available covering 4, 8, 12 or 16 sessions a month. The more sessions you commit to per month, the greater discount on training you receive.
Getting to know others members with similar goals can really help out in long term motivation as well as keeping the cost of training down.
Those on monthly memberships are guanteed at least one personal training session per week and shared sessions are kept to a maximum of 3 clients if it works for everyone.
amc members can also use any of the Group Sessions as part of their membership.

Small Group
Personal Training
Small group personal training is different from monthly membership Personal Training option.
Group Sessions:
Run at set times
Maximum of 6 people
Set theme of training

Group sessions are fun, social and challenging.
There are a range of training themes including:
CrossFit
MuscleFit
SquashFit
GymFit
Sessions are run throughout the week and weekends.
Clients still receive motivation and guidance of a personal trainer without the cost of a personal trainer.

Personal training isn't for everyone, sometimes all you need is a little push in the right direction.
Fitness programmes are designed around your goals and your level of fitness to help you get more out of your time in the gym.
The fitness programme package includes and pre and post assessment to bench mark your progress and a Personal Training session to explain your programme.

Challenge
Central
Challenge central is a fitness and adventure event club which amc-training clients receive free membership.
The club gets involved in local events, challenges and competitions.
You don't have to be a client to join Challenge Central, anyone can join - as long as you're up for a challenge!
