CrossFit
CrossFit training is a massive phenomenon in America where all the components of fitness are tested in time based challenges. CrossFit focuses move on dynamic movements rather than using the traditional style of lifting.
These exercises include pull ups, olympic lifts, burpees and also the use of equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls and skipping ropes.
CrossFit training was designed for the elite needs of specialist groups such as the navy seals and specalist police units who require all components of fitness rather than just one or two
On the CrossFit website a daily workout is posted which can be done with the minimum amount of equipment. Subscribers all around the world go away and follow the workout and post their times online.

Until I have completed the CrossFit instructor course I am unable to offer classes in CrossFit. I do however run two group training crossfit style training sessions on mondays and fridays at 6pm.
