CrossFit Group Session

 

The CrossFit Sessions are high impact, high intensity and highly enjoyable!

 

We have adopted some of the traditional CrossFit principles from the USA in the sense that no two workouts are ever the same and that we specalise by not specalising (be good at all, rather than excellent at one)

 

 

 

The sessions are run is just about every surrounding possible such as, the gym floor, corridor space, studios, in the park, on the hill or even in a squash court.

 

The sessions aren't for the faint hearted but they do produce the best fitness gains as they target so many fitness components.

 

The exercises and variations are endless so you will never get bored, you will just become incredibly fit!
