GymFit
GymFit is probably the most popular group sessions available.
Gym Fit sessions combine cardio and resistance training into a gym challenge usually handicapped to keep everyone on their toes!
The sessions use less complex exercises as Crossfit and are suitable for both beginners and advanced levels of fitness.
GymFit runs on Wednesday at 6pm and Fridays at 5pm.
