MuscleFit Group Session

 

The Muscle Fit sessions focus on teaching proper lifting technique whilst ensuring progressive overload to increase muscle strength and size.

 

The sessions are aimed at beginners to intermediate lifters who are looking to get more out of their training. We are also looking to educate clients about weight training and nutrition throughout.

 

Our MuscleFit Sessions run at 6pm on Thursday evenings.
