Muscle Fit
The Muscle Fit sessions comprises of a detailed training programme and a structured nutrition plan tailored to your needs and ability.
The Muscle Fit sessions run on Tuesday evenings at 6pm
Each week different areas of the body are focussed on with a wide range of training techquies to stimulate muscle growth.
The Programme splits the body parts in to 3 workout cycle with 4 workouts a week. This means that each Tuesday a different workout is conducted.

Arms
Back & Abs
Legs & Shoulders
Chest and Abs
A nutrition plan is geared towards gaining muscle mass and is adjusts on a weekly basis until we hit the right balance of intake and expenditure to increase your muscle mass
