SportFit Group Session

 

SportFit focuses on training specifically for sport rather than just general fitness.

 

Sport performers need to address a range of fitness components to increase their performance including:

 

Speed,

Power,

Agility,

Reaction Time,

Recovery Time,

Core Stability,

Mental Strength,

Balance

 

Our sessions are based on components of fitness shown above as just about every sport requires them.

 

We use a range of conditioning equipment in the sessions including the TRX, Viper Bands, Resistance Bands, Ladders, Reaction Balls and Harnesses.

 

The sessions are run every saturday at 8am at the active4less gym.
