If you are involved in sport your training needs to be specific to the fitness components required in your sport.
Most gym users are able to increase components such as strength, endurance and flexibility but sport performance need so much more than basic fitness components.
Sport Performers need:
Speed - Power - Agility - Reaction Time - Recovery Time - Core Stability - Mental Strength - Balance
The Sport Conditioning sessions are based on components of fitness shown above as just about every sport requires them.
The sessions are run every saturday at 8am at the active4less gym.
