Group Sessions
Squash Fit
SquashFit is a combination of Squash and Fitness drills put into a fun, social group environment.
The sessions run on Thursdays at 6pm and Sundays at 12pm. The sessions are designed for beginners to intermediate levels of squash ability.
Small groups allows motivation and guidance of personal training without constant supervision. The group sessions are great ways of meeting similar people and joining in with some friendly competition.
The fitness side of the sessions consist of court drills and sometimes use of the gym equipment. See the videos in the bottom right section of the page for some of the Squash Fit Fitness drills.
Sport conditioning
If you are a more serious squash player and more concerned with your squash fitness performance then you will probably find the sport conditoning sessions on a saturday morning more benifical - Sport Conditioning
Although the sessions are suitable for all sports, most of the particpants are squash players. See the squashacise webpage for more information.
