Online personal training in a new online service offered by amc-training.

Personal fitness plans can be provided in the form of pictures, videos and description for current and new clients of amc-training.

Muscles The workouts are not computer generated, they are tailored written for individual clients with all health, fitness and personal details taken into account. Clients are able to login into their fitness calendar where they can access there workouts and communicate with their trainer.
