If you burn more calories than you eat you will LOSE weight
It's simple enough to understand but it can often be extremely difficult to manage with everything else going on in your life!
Gyms can be intimidating, boring and time consuming whilst nutrition labels often make if difficult to interpret what you are really eating.
One aspect of our personal training is to help our clients manage their weight better.
We can help address both sides of the equation (intake & expenditure) so that there is a large enough calorie deficit to ensure weight loss.
