All of my Fitness Programmes have 3 levels of intensity to accommodate different fitness levels. All of the levels are based around the pricincples outlined below.

 

The Muscle Up programme is the ultimate muscle development plan, tried, tested and guaranteed to help youpack on muscle size.

 

Resistance

  • Frequency – 3 times a week, 4 part body workout
  • Intensity – 80% of 1RM, 5 super cycles = 10 exercises = 30 set
  • Type – superset, descending sets, minute recovery
  • Time – 1 hour
